Every quote starts the same way. Notepad in the van, prices in your head, the Word doc you’ve been adapting for years. You sit down after dinner and try to put it all on one page. Prep, two coats, edges, masking, the ceiling.

We ran C&F from 2021 to 2024, both on the tools. Every quote started from a guess: no base, no scaffold, missing the prep and the prelims and the bits you only spot once you crack the job open. The spreadsheet never caught up when the customer changed their mind. The PDF was a screenshot, or came from an app that didn’t know our trade. Nine in ten quotes were off. So we built Pherox.
